Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or perishable products.

• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

• Process: To request a return, contact us at hello@groundandgather.com.au with your order number. We will provide instructions for sending items back.

• Outcome: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue store credit only (no refunds).

DAMAGED or FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us hello@groundandgather.com.au within 4 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or store credit in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
