Below you’ll find details on how we ship and how our returns process works.

LIVE LOCAL?
Free local delivery to Echuca and Moama. We deliver most week days, if you need something the same day as your order please make a note in the delivery instructions and we will make sure we get it to you.
Please keep in mind if you are ordering food products and aren't home to collect the delivery please leave a cooler bag or esky out for us to pop the delivery in to save your snacks.

SHIPPING

• Carrier: All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated timeframes regular post 3-6 business days and express post 2-3 business days. Delays may occur that is outside our control.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout and payable by the customer.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• Responsibility: Once an order is lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage. Please contact Australia Post directly for delivery issues.
