Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Ground and Gather Wholefood is an Australian-registered business trading solely within Australia. These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store, we reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

SECTION 2 -  PRODUCTS
We sell packaged foods, products and nutritional supplements. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but minor variations may occur. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a store credit.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay.

SECTION 4 - LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our products for your purposes.
Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or provision of store credit, at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
