Castor oil is used for skin conditions, infections, constipation, hair growth, and as an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and lymphatic stimulant.

Castor Oil contains a range of quality antioxidants plus ricinoleic acid which is a monounsaturated fatty acid- believed to have anti-inflammatory properties. 
This is commonly used to help calm itchy skin.

It also has quality emollient properties, which can help leave skin soft and smooth. As well as being great for skin, castor oil works wonders on the hair and scalp as it helps soften the scalp and may help improve the appearance of dandruff.

Our Organic Castor Oil is cold-pressed for maximum nutrient retention and free from nasty chemicals or solvents such as hexane (a compound used in the extraction of oils from vegetables).
